Head Boxing Coach and Owner

A group of people with parkinson's with Coach Brady and Django the gym dog all facing the camera.

From gym member to retired professional boxer, Brady Rein has over 18 years of experience. When it came time to hang up his gloves, Brady’s personal training client, who was a neurologist, encouraged him to look into Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) as a way to use his passion for boxing and help fight Parkinson's. He immediately booked his flight to RSB headquarters in Indianapolis to become a certified RSB Coach and brought it to Poway, CA. In 2018, he officially opened his gym R3 Boxing, dedicated to his Brady Bunch.

Certified Health Coach and Owner

Behind every great man, there is an even greater woman. For Brady, it's his wife Pia. She compliments Brady's coaching style by bringing in her knowledge and experience of creating long-lasting daily habits and demystifying all that is out there regarding nutrition. She became a Certified Health Coach to help members and their caretakers focus on and improve their overall wellness.  You won't find anyone else who'll want to get to the core of your goals. Consider her the listening ear and book of knowledge you always wanted.
